Please join Seth Wood LAc. as he guides you through some simple self-care exercises that open the acupuncture meridians, massage the body, and focus your mind's intention in a meditative process. This 45 min Zoom class is based on the Japanese pracitce of Shiatsu and the Chinese healing practices of TaiChi and Qigong. The exercises are generally very simple and involve some time on the floor, but are mostly practiced in a standing position. You should feel loose, relaxed and energized after the class, the exercises are a great way to start your day or take a few minutes during the day to find some relaxation and rejuvenation!
