Snow Blossom Acupuncture accepts all insurance except Medicaid and Medicare, including Medicare supplemental plans.
We are currently in-network with Premera Blue Cross, EBMS and Veteran's Affairs.
Please be ready to provide your insurance information at the time of scheduling.
As a courtesy, we will contact the insurance company, but highly recommend that the patient checks their own benefit coverage as insurance is known to constantly change.
Referrals
Referrals may be required prior to your services regardless of provider network status. Please check with your insurance plan prior to your appointment.

More than 1 code of acupuncture will be used during your acupuncture visit.
